XXXOTIC UNITS: Our turnaround period for custom unit construction averages between 5-10 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of unit orders in, the process required per your units requests or unforeseen issues with your hair or lace closure orders. Our units are made to order and come ready to wear with the following: bleached knots, toned knots, custom fitting, styling of your choice, and/ or custom coloring. 

**All communication regarding updates on the process of unit orders must be via email (info@exotichair.shop) or text (662-372-3111). 

XXXOTIC EXTENSIONS & LACE: Our raw extensions are imported from South East Asia. All orders will be processed and shipped out within 10-12 business days. NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS; ONLY EXCHANGES WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL STATE!

XXXOTIC SERVICES: Please allow a 3-5 business day turnaround period for all Unit maintenance orders. Unit Revamps require the processing time of XXXOTIC EXTENTIONS & LACE in addition to a 2-3 day period required for maintenance and styling.

This process can take longer due to the condition of your hair/ unit. Updates regarding XXXotic services must be via email (info@exotichair.shop)

Ready to Ship Units: Ready to Ship Units will ship immediately after your payment is processed. Please expect 2-3 business days for delivery via USPS.
